We woke up with our first full day in Radovljica ahead of us and decided it would be a rest day.

Hugo did some work while Caro painted.

In the afternoon we wanted to head out for lunch, but the rain had us venturing only as far as the restaurant below our guest house. The soup we chose was a bit of a disappointment.

At around 17:00 we headed to the shop to buy supplies for the hike and a few things for dinner.

The rain had cleared by the time we walked to the shop.

For dinner we had a delicious traditional Slovenian round flatbread called Belokranjska pogača, served with herb cottage cheese, Parma ham and hummus.
