On 22-24 April 2016, we went on a family getaway to Ceres. We stayed on a farm in a cosy cottage on the bank of the Breede River. We arrived there in a torrential downpour of rain, with the river in full flood. What a sight. As fast as the rain came, it was gone the next morning. After breakfast, we went to do a zip slide tour. This was a lot of fun, and I would recommend it to anyone. The rest of the weekend we were sitting around the fire talking-laughing, playing board games and strolling around on the farm. The good life!
